E-mail is used in many businesses for easier communication. People use it to make business run a more smoother or to get things done faster. Email can also help a business get known better with more and more people using the internet and email.
Businesses use email for when they need to get something across to their employees all at once. Email can also be used to advertise to customers what is going on at the business whether it is discounts or specials or something. If the customer likes what they see they can forward it to a friend and the business can get to be known faster. Employees at a business can use email for communication to each other or sometimes for personal use.
Businesses can also use email to improve their business. Employers at businesses can post jobs online and people can send in applications through email for a faster process. Businesses can also use email for improved customer service. Customers can send in complaints, comments or suggestions through email to a business so that business could improve their services.
